John Britto Xavier, a priest of the Archdiocese of Delhi, has been appointed as the new Executive Director of RUPCHA with effect from 15 February 2024.  He is professionally qualified & experienced in different levels – field worker, project coordinator, director and forum director in the last 20 years.
