Orientation Program for Staff

We, the RUPCHA Family, organize a yearly orientation session for the project staff along with Christmas get-together at RUPCHA Office in the month of December. The Director illustrates the project’s goals and objectives and urges all to work hard to achieve the goal of the project.

The activity reports from each center have been presented and evaluated the benefits and drawbacks of the project activities in addition to orientation. We realize that the children’s educational standards increase gradually; the centers organize extra-curricular activities as per the plan, and the project comprehension has been enhanced. The implementation efforts and outcomes have pleased the benefactors too. Essential recommendations are made to improve the implementation of the project. All the participants share their field experiences. To add a festive touch, everyone is gifted with Christmas presents, spreading joy and warmth.
